Lets vote and put this to bed. Remember this goes into affect in the offseason so 20 is still the limit for the 2011 season.

Since this was a close vote to remain at 20 or go to 25 and we have a lot of new owners. Is anyone else interested in a revote anytime in the near future?

I voted for the 25 back then, I would have voted for the 30 but it was obviously coming down to the 20 and 25 so voting 30 then would have been a wasted vote. Id like to see more prospects personally as I think it would make it more interesting in general. Especially if you follow the minors. It can only help teams get better faster I would think if you draft the right prospects.

I'd vote for 30 also and a Rule 5 draft! So we could Protect 20 minor guys and 10 could be up for drafting?? Something like that would be nice make, so that way also u cannot PROTECT All 30 minors we could put the draft rounds back to 8 rounds and have a 5 or 6 Round of Rule 5 drafting and the rule 5 can be Guys NOT Protected OR guys Who are eligible for drafting, and also if u see by now almost ALL Rosters are Full! Why cause of getting good managers to Run these Teams! Look at Detroit for example he had a very weak team with little Cap space now he has a full roster with Lots of Cap Space! Also look at KC been doing pretty good moves so if everyone sticks I think this would be Better for the league cause even the rookies look like Veterans running their respectively Teams! So yeah just an Idea here!

Lets just keep it simply. Should we raise the prospect cap or not? I'd like to see it go up to 25 or 30 as well.

Well if we keep it simple then 20 it is! If U want 25 or 30 then what I suggested would be nice otherwise I have no Interest in re touching the subject so simple as that should stay at 20! We voted actually for a reason so changing it again? If we do that let's make it more Interesting,,,

Well I would not be in favor a rule 5 type draft. I don't want another GM reeping the benefits of my hard work scouting prospects.
But if you want something more complex here is what I would propose. Raise the prospect limit to 25 or 30. Leave the offseason draft at 6 rounds but add a 2 to 3 round round midseason draft around the beginning of July before the AS break.
haven't really given this a whole lot of thought but I think I would want to make the current seasons draft class ineligible for the midseason draft.
