Sorry guys you know I never object but this trade makes absolutely no sense for the new guy and really is lopsided. I won't argue in depth but Braves is getting 3 prospects that are all better than either of the two he's giving up and he's getting 3 of them, in no way whatsoever does this deal make any sense

Are you crying?!!! There's no crying in baseball!!!!
Believe it or not this isn't the first time I've done this.
Prospects are just that prospects, at anytime the can go from the brightest star to nonexistent and visa versa. I need a catcher beyond this year and J.P. Arencibia has legit big league power and is Toronto catcher for the foreseeable future. And correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Parker one of the top(if not the top) pitching prospects before he had TJ surgery?

What your not understanding is your giving up better prospects, and more of them, than he is giving up, AND including a 2nd rounder who will essentially be a first while he should have one of the last picks in the 2nd so that's almost a 3rd.
Parker was BEFORE the surgery yes but not as big as Manny B at all, and Montgomery is a top 5 prospect in baseball all this and I just again don't see why the trade was made.
Your giving up three top prospects for two, better starters for worse ones, and giving up essentially a late 1rst/early 2nd for a late 2nd almost 3rd rounder ... just makes absolutely no sense

There isn't one of us in this league that wouldn't take this trade if given the Braves' opportunity. It's pretty bad, but it's not unbalancing and there's no overt evidence of shadiness. Allow.
