Just wanted to let you guys know that we have new owners for the Astros franchise. Cory and Adam will be taking over as co-owners and should be getting signed up on this site soon.
I was in a local league with these two for years and they were always competitive so I have no doubt that they will be a positive addition to our league.

Where are you getting 3 trades in 7 years from? I just counted that he has made 20 trades since starting in 2016. He was pretty active all the way up till this past season when an increased workload from his team under him at the company he works for got laid off plus having to raise two young kids made it hard for him to spend time on other things. Even in this past season itβs not like he was just sitting on a bunch of players that could have helped other teams since 2/3 of his players were injured.
I agree with the decision to replace him and he stepped down willingly but letβs not act like we have a league full of everyone active all the time.

This is what the lockout had already done to us, counting the number of trades people made lol. I had to jump in on this. I stopped counting at 8 and there were more on that page, so definitely more than 3. Did not verify 20 trades though. That part could still be open for debate.

Dylan was definitely a valued member and really turned that Astros team around to where it is in a great position for Cory and Adam to step in and be competitive. Let's not forget that team was a revolving door and trash before he joined. Life just got busy, which happens, and he willing stepped aside for the betterment of the league. I wish him nothing but the best. And I'd welcome him back at some point down the road if he was interested.
