Just to make sure...
If a player is under contract with a MLB team and has rookie eligibility, they are able to be picked in the draft, right?

Basically I am asking about Maeda. I remember Darvish and Tanaka being in-season free agents, but I'm thinking it's because they hadn't signed prior to the start of our draft.
