So I just noticed that Marlins has a full 20 prospects but still has a pick left. Assuming that we don't have a new owner in place before pick #83, what do we want to do? Let him go to 21, or vote on someone to cut?

Kevin Ahrens has been in high-A for the Blue Jays for four seasons now and is 23. He seems like a pretty good nominee for someone to be cut...

I ask TJ about this when the draft started. He said at the time that we would just vote on some one to cut from his minors.
Stetson Allie is no longer pitching he's been moved to 3B Oscar Tejeda is just terrible, etc....
He's got a few guys we could debate on

Why don't we just cut his last pick for the extra pick there is & not have T.J. forfeit his pick next year?

I think the whole point of TJ forfeiting next years pick is he needs to be pentalized for trading it twice this year

I don't think we should be making executive personel decisions on his team. I think we should just skip his turn now and until / if we find someone. He can have the minors roster he currently has and we just move along.

Lets just make the pick for him and when a new owner is found they will pick what prospect gets cut

Understandable point of view but there are players available that are way better than half the guys in his minors. I think it should the leagues responsibilty to make the best decisions for that team. Not to mention make it as attractive as possible for a new owner.

Alrite well My opinnion is this! Why don't we just let it autpick goes to 21 and the NEW Marlins owner gets to pick Who he cuts! I think that is the Best scneario IMHO

I agree with Indians here and Nats! Why Cut someone if you could also move him to MLB roster and again let NEW owner decide for himself who to cut!
