Indians - as I see it you can not make any moves but drop a prospect. You can't trade a prospect to make room for another one because that would be that for some time you own 21. Just drop a bum prospect and you'll be fine.

Do we not allow GMs to do that with there big league rosters, have 36 players for a brief moment. I know we do cause I've seen many GMs do it. Why would it be any different for our prospect roster cap.

No, bc guys always say who they will cut as you still haven't. I'm guessing this deal is off bc you have still yet to cut someone like you said you would. Especially with the veto on it?
Trade committee: is this deal closed veto?

Thats straight up BS, I never told you or anyone else that i was cutting someone. I said i would be making a corresponding move. And yes we have allowed GMs to over on the big league and not cut as long a they maid a trade within the allowable time frame. I love how you're a stickler for what is and what isn't allowable or a rule unless its you trying to get around them and then you're excuse is "oh i forgot".
with that being said I will be cutting David Perez and keeping Castellanos.

It's kind of a loop hole.
Not sure we have seen this exact scenario but rules are rules.

I will add this. i wasn't purposely trying to work around any rules, I honestly didn't know so I figured the easiest way to find out was post it and find out. I get that I can not trade Castellanos until I've actually acquired him.

Yea, but do we need to repost since the corresponding move wasn't made immediately?
