I am all for keeping the discussion going but regarding the current RFA process, the only other thing that I plan on proposing is doing a RFA auction separate from the free agents. So going through and completing all the auctions on the RFA players before we start nominating any free agents.

I’ve also suggested for years now that we should end the cap on contract lengths. Perhaps some thing like only a few max contracts but there is no reason why we should be capped at 4 years. Again, we are all in this for a dynasty league. There should be as little turnover as possible

Again, we are all in this for a dynasty league. There should be as little turnover as possible I like this idea of longer contracts if we got rid of Franchise tags and the discount. I know we don’t want a lot of turnover, but have to make Free Agency somewhat appealing to get teams to spend and get them those final pieces to be a contender. If we don’t cap it somehow, what would incentivize any team to trade players and how would teams get out of rebuild? I would love this to be the most realistic as possible and feel like a true GM.
