No trades. No trying. I'd be up for someone more involved taking over.

1. Just because they haven't logged on here since April doesn't mean they aren't on fantrax.
2. No matter what we do it always seems like we have 2-4 dead or not as active teams as the rest. It just so happens the two worst are in the same division.
3. Unless you personally know someone, not just from online, that wants in I'm not motivated to replace anyone just yet since the chances are we will be back in the same position in a year or two with the replacement owners.
3. Maybe it's time to realign the divisions.
The End.

Perhaps we should just go to one big 16 team division, with the top 6 teams making the playoffs? I know the thinking behind the divisions was to build rivalries but I don't think it has really done that. If there are any "rivalries" in the league, most of them seem to be between teams in different divisions anyway. At least with one big division the schedule could be a bit more balanced.

Yeah I think we should do one division, two would work as well and might be easier for scheduling idk. I also think we need to do a draft lottery for the non playoff teams to try to curb rewarding dead teams and tanking with top picks.

I’ve been preaching this forever. That is why why changed the play offs.

Since we are all weighing in, my 2 cents ...
Phillies (Mike) is very responsive in trade requests and sends counter deals. His team is actually built well and he can compete quickly. Seattle has been disinterested and mostly unresponsive ever since they joined. Even leading up to the #1 overall pick. Their team isn't even trying
with that said I love the idea of not rewarding tanking somehow. I also have always thought divisions as they are make no sense. It's been clear for a few years that there are easy divisions and tough ones.

Maybe check with the guys? See if they can improve?
I would be up for a facetime meet and greet with the league? Call it a owners/GM meeting. Don't know if you guys have done something like that before? Maybe some of you know eacht other already. Could be a way to improve engagement.

Let me talk with Mets as he does our schedule and see if one division creates any issues for him and we can go from there. As far as replacing teams, at this point it's going to wait until the off-season or at least until we start our playoffs to begin serious talks with potential new owners.

So is everyone in favor of realigning the divisions? After our discussions it seems that there is some support to going to one or two divisions but as Mets pointed out the 4 divisions does allow for more teams to have a chance. Which I agree so I'd like to stick with the 4 divisions and just realign. Is there a majority preference to go to 1 or 2? Thoughts?

4 divisions with realignment. Going to 2 divisions would be my second choice but I like the way things are set up now, just need to change up the divisions

Well I think Mets already did all the work for us on this. I think we divide up like the NCAA bracket and use either win % or roto standings
