Let's have some chat about the top undrafted prospects from our league. I thought it would be fun.
My top three off the top of my head would be
Rafael Monterp Maikel Franco Jon Pettibone
Anybody else want to contribute to this fun?

ITs always the relievers.
I almost think we should revamp the eligibility rules to lower the IP's required for RP's. Like to 20-25. Thoughts?

How would we distinguish on the Lynn and Martinez types? Those who are starters who begin as rps?

Interesting, Id wonder also though what would you do with guys who are starters all through the minors but are brought up to help out in the major league team's bullpen.

Interesting Indeed!! So that is why I would say Leave it like it is right now!! Just have a Good Draft so U don't need to WAIT too long like I did with Ryan Cook and I Paid the Price also to Sign him,,

I think I agree with Cubs. 96 picks in the minor league draft is a lot, for every Pettibone, Henderson, or Montero, we have guys like Carter Capps, Sean Doolittle, Addison Reed, and Bruce Rondon who are actually drafted.
If we have separate cutoffs for SP and RP, it could be tough to distinguish. There are guys like Wainwright and Scherzer who start in the minors, come up in the bullpen, and then move to the rotation. There are guys who start in the minors, come up in the bullpen, and then stay there (Tom Wilhelmsen). Hell, there are guys who start in the minors, start in the majors when they come up, and then move to the bullpen forever (some guy named Mariano Rivera).

I would also be interested in moving the draft to 8 rounds and/or increasing the prospect cap to 25!
